  1. Provision of Consultancy Services for Asset Life Study (ALS) for PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, Peninsular Malaysia Asset (PCSB-PMA). Provide One (1) Principal Consultant for Mechanical Rotating for the study.
  2. Digitalization for Reliability, Availability & Integrity (RAI) for EISmartwork for Nippon JX:
    • Twin Mapping – Construct, review and mapping client’s RCM deliverables and Maximo’s Work Order, against the APM’s
    • Provide a team of reliability, turbomachinery, rotating and CMMS engineers/ executive for the project.
  3. Provision of One (1) Principal Consultant for Mechanical Rotating Equipment for Carigali Hess Operating Company (CHOC) for Late Field Life Optimization (LFLO).
    • The review will focus exclusively on the technical and operational integrity aspect. Planned upgrades or replacements, including considerations of obsolescence and mean time between failures, will also be incorporated into the review. Focus on pumps.
    • Visited Cakarewala Complex, wellhead platforms and FSO. Total 6 platforms and 1 FSO.
  4. Provision of Safety-Critical Equipment & Performance Standard (SCE & PS) Analysis for Jadestone Energy (part of a 3+1-year contract):
    • PM323: Consists of East Belumut (BEL), Chermingat (CHRA) and West Belumut (WBA).
    • PM329: Consists of East Piatu CPP (EPCPP) and East Piatu WHP (EPWHP).
  5. Software As A Service (SaaS) in utilizing the WindChill Risk & Reliability software on behalf of ST Land of Singapore in supporting the FMEA, FTA and Maintainability Prediction Modules. The support include training, software customization, usability and coaching.
  6. Technical expertise with total reliability solution mainly to improve Vale Malaysia Minerals (VMM) Sdn Bhd reliability in overall process and current asset management strategies. The studies consist of: 
    • Maintenance Strategy Review and development via ECA and RCM.
    • Reliability Analysis via FMEA, Weibull Analysis, RAM. 
    • Data analysis on Condition Monitoring input
    • Reliability Improvement on identified critical equipment/ component. 
    • Life Cycle Cost Analysis
    • Reliability Auditing
  7. Provision of Technical & Maintenance Consultancy Services for Integrated Asset Management System (IAMS):
    1. IAMS Documents Review & Update:
      • Performed Comparative Assessment for KPOC IAMS against ISO55001, OSR-MS, PETRONAS Governing Standard and other shareholders’ procedures i.e. Shell & COP.
      • Provide top level Policy and Tier 1 document for IAMS Manual/ Guideline.
      • Coordinate, produced, aligned and updating KPOC Tier 2 & 3 documents in supporting the Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS).
      • Focal person with the client for the WBS. Peer review consultant deliverables.
    2. Spare Part Analysis and BOM Redevelopment for KPOC’s Integrated Asset Management System (IAMS) on behalf of BV, which include:
      • Review, Update and Develop Procedures and Guidelines.
      • Spare Inventory Development:
        • Spares Bill of Material.
        • Material Enhancement.
        • Spare Part Inventory (Min/ Max/ ROP).
        • Spare Part Cataloguing.
      • SAP Uploading.

  6. Training on ISO14224; Petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries — Collection and exchange of reliability and maintenance data for equipment for Cekap Technical Sdn Bhd for 14 pax. The training includes theoretical and practical, covering topics such as:
