PROJECTS COMPLETED

  • Lead the project planning, management and execution for the P2 A Plus, a reliability and maintenance tool for PTTEP. The works include providing the requirement, weekly meeting, and updates, verify and validate the Functional Design Solution (FDS) of the tool for its design, architecture and dashboard.
  • Lead the task force on SNPA LP Compressor readiness for operations. The compressor was in preservation since 2019 and was up again for operational. It is two (2) months activities, ensuring that the compressor is fully ready for testing and commissioning by April 2023.
  • Lead the task force on Maximum Allowable Sand Rate (MASR) for GOLOK field, which consist of GOPA, GOBP & GORA platform. Looking at all equipment and asset in ensuring that GOLOK with its limitation will be able to achieve performance, reliability and KPIs as targeted. The works involved all disciplines.
  • Lead Asset Life Extension (ALE) study (rotating equipment) for three (3) platform i.e Serampang (SEPA), Merapoh (MEPA) and Kikeh DTU. The study is to investigate these assets up till 2028, and to be complete in stages. Performed analysis via current integrity condition, future operating scenario, life extension study outcome and ALE Action Plan. Monitor and submit weekly data analysis for:
  • Equipment identification
  • Maintenance data gathering and analysis.
  • CBM data gathering and analysis.
  • Parts data gathering and analysis.
  • Equipment capacity vs ALE profile analysis, etc
  • Maintenance strategy optimization based on SCE, PS, RCM and historical data for Sarawak asset with HQ’s System Engineer. Issue was too many backlogs experienced in PM/ CM at site. A total of 20% reduction achieved, mostly on redundancy, duplications, obsolete and lower risk task.
  • Carry out routine Reliability Desktop Review (RDR) for Sabah and Sarawak asset. The key KPIs monitored are reliability, maintainability, and availability. These are vital input for the Reliability and Integrity (RAI) tracking, submitted to PETRONAS MPM on quarterly basis.
