  2. Digitalization for Reliability, Availability & Integrity (RAI) for a consultancy company for an Oil & Gas client:
    • Twin Mapping – Construct, review and mapping client’s RCM deliverables and Maximo’s Work Order, against the APM’s
    • Provide a team of reliability, turbomachinery, rotating and CMMS engineers/ executive for the project

  3. Provision of Safety-Critical Equipment & Performance Standard (SCE&PS) Analysis for an Oil & Gas client (part of a 3+1-year contract) for 2 Blocks consisting of 5 Fields.

  4. Technical expertise with total reliability solution mainly to improve a mining client reliability in overall process and current asset management strategies. The studies consist of:
    • Maintenance Strategy Review and development via ECA and RCM
    • Reliability Analysis via FMEA, Weibull Analysis, RAM

  5. Provision of Technical & Maintenance Consultancy Services for Integrated Asset Management System (IAMS) for an Oil & Gas client:
    • IAMS Documents Review & Update:
      • Performed Comparative Assessment client’s IAMS documents’ against ISO55001, OSR-MS, PETRONAS Governing Standard and other shareholders’ procedures
      • Provide top level Policy and Tier 1 document for IAMS Manual/ Guideline
      • Coordinate, produced, aligned and updating client’s Tier 2 & 3 documents’ in supporting the Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS)
      • Focal person with the client for the WBS. Peer review consultant deliverables

    • The review will focus exclusively on the technical and operational integrity aspect. Planned upgrades or replacements, including considerations of obsolescence and mean time between failures, will also be incorporated into the review. Focus on pumps

    • Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Relyence software, which consist of Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) & Weibull module, for (1) concurrent user

  4. Provision of One (1) Manpower Supply, Principal Consultant on Mechanical Rotating for an Oil & Gas client for the OSR-MS Tier 1 IOAIA Audit.

    • Reliability Block Diagram (RBD)

  10. Software as a Service (SaaS) in utilizing the WindChill Risk & Reliability software on behalf of consultancy firm in Singapore in supporting the FMEA, FTA and Maintainability Prediction Modules. The support include training, software customization, usability and coaching.

  11. Utilized FMEA for rotating equipment such as Diesel Engine Generator (DEG), Instrument Air Compressor, Fire Water Pump, Mixer, and Sanitary Pumps for a Fertilizer Company.
    • Looks at package/skid for electrical, instrumentation and control and other component for a comprehensive Maintenance Reference Plan

  12. Supply, install, testing, commissioning & training for an Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Malaysia company, for Relyence Module:

  13. The Reliability digitalization roadmap, which include Twin Mapping, Training and Implementation for an O&G client for:
    • Reliability, Availability & Integrity (RAI) KPIs Tracking and Monitoring
    • Bad Actor Management (BAM) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)

  14. Feasibility Study via RAM Modelling & Simulations with MAROS for an O&G client. The study looks at 3 operational scenarios based on field and historical data. The outcome of study was used as the basis for ITB considerations.

  15. Asset Life Extension Study (ALES) study on Rotating Equipment for an O&G client for 6 platforms, reaching 30 years of operation.

  16. Performed Reliability Improvement project for an O&G client, which consist of:
    • Master Asset Register
    • Conducted Equipment Criticality Assessment (ECA)
    • Carried out Performance Standard
    • Performed SECE
    • Conducted Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis Study
    • Integrate study output into CMMMS software, IBM MAXIMO Ver 7.5

  17. Carried out Performance analysis and studies for pump house and water gate for Department of Irrigation & Drainage (DID), Malaysia, consist of:
    • Life Cycle Cost study
    • Carried out FMEA and RCM Analysis
    • Analysis in optimizing maintenance strategy using Relyence software for DID, Malaysia

  18. Conduct Gap Analysis on client’s FMECA methodology and technique, based on ISO 14224 for Indonesian biggest Power Generation Company. Includes brainstorming and training session, participation from 16 power plants.

  19. RAM Modeling utilizing MAROS software during FEED study for an Oil & Gas client, which also includes FMEA & LCC study.

  20. Conducted FMEA /ERS Workshop and developed 15 pieces of rotating equipment – class and types of FMEA for a Refinery company.

  21. Developed Spare Part Methodology & Technique, with sampling analysis for all discipline for a Petrochemical Complex.
    • Developing methodology for Spare Part Analysis, which include criticality, procedures, and guidelines according to PETRONAS and industry best practice
    • Carrying out sampling for spare part analysis for all type of equipment, namely mechanical rotating, mechanical static, instrumentation & control and electrical
    • Deliverables of materials sampling and SAP upload

  22. Conducted RAM Modelling & Simulation Training’ for a Consultant Firm client.

  23. Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (EPCIC) of a Central Processing Platform (CPP) Development project for an O&G client – Life Cycle Cost (LCC) Analysis:
    • Performed LCC for all drivers and elements from cradle to grave for according to Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for Flare System, Drilling -A and Processing A, platforms
    • The study include cost for Start Up, Development, Installation & Commissioning, Energy Consumption, Manpower and Human Resources Related, Financial Considerations & Decommissioning
