- Firdaus’s professional experience over last 15 years builds on top of one another. Being a CBM, he assists organizations to manage and improve performance, quality, reliability, safety and integrity of their physical assets and increase productivity. As an agent of change, he is aware of need for practicality when implementing projects. Change initiative is as much technology-driven as it is people-related. In this sense Firdaus offers interpersonal skills, preferring to spend as much time as necessary with shop-floor people to gain insights into real issues. Organizational behavior is high on his list of areas of interest — basically asking WHY people do what they do (or otherwise).
